          So it all started on October 10th, 2018. I went to my first class, living in a virtual world. I was taking notes and then the professor said something about making a webpage as homework. I was pretty overwhelmed. I got home and I was freaking clueless. Then I looked at the instructions the professor gave us, I was even more clueless than a freaking dog that can't find its owner. I did not know where to start. I was just sitting on my couch with the laptop in my head just spacing off. I almost gave up.
Fast forward 10 to 15 minutes later, I texted a friend of mine who is very into computers and the web. I was so relieved. He saved me. He saved my grade. I am so thankful for that. I sent him the instructions and he guided me through because I could not do anything. Reading the instructions was basically a second unknown language to me. We both called each other and then that's when the process of making this whole webpage started to roll. I really thought I was going to hate it, but as time started going by, I was actually kind of having fun with it.
It started out real rough for me. But without the help, then I could have been in a big mess. I thought we needed to go into a special website in order to make a webpage, but then I was told about using notepad, then I felt like a huge idiot because that was an obvious step. I was really confused about all the codes that we needed to type. But after 30 minutes of going through the steps. I finally got it done.

Believe it or not, artificial intelligence has existed for a long time. It all started with a person named Alan Turing. It first starts with his cracking of ‘enigma’, which was an enciphering machine, used by the Germans to secretly send messages with a security blanket over it. Online Shopping

We had to present a topic we were interested in one of my classes, Living In a Virtual World. My group chose to research drones and everything about them. Every topic that was being presented were all interesting, from cyber crime, to Artificial Intelligence. But one of the ones that I am choosing to write about is Online Shopping, one of the other topics that a group presented. Online shopping is starting to become way more common than anyone thought it would be. It brings in a different experience from driving to the store, grabbing an item, and then lining up to get ringed up at a register by a cashier. The similarities between regular shopping and online shopping is that there is a cart of some sorts that carries your items. At a store, there is a shopping cart to put your items in. I MET AN AUTHOR!!!

On Wednesday, October 31st. We had a guest speaker named Erik Hanberg for my class, TINST207, he is good friends with my college professor. He was a pretty interesting guy. He did all sorts of things in his life. He was extremely interested in technologies and the web. I took away a lot from his presentation. I found out that the 50 percent of households in America actually has Amazon Prime. I did not think it would be that much, probably because of my inexperience with online shopping has something to do with that. I also found out that he released books himself, not physical books, but ebooks, and that is probably because he is very experienced with the web. He published many books, dating not too far back from 2010 with one of his first books; The Saints Go Dying In, and also just recently released one in 2018 titled; The Tin Whistle, which I believe from what I remember, is part of a book series he created.
